Horrible experience. They will scam you and get an unprofessional paralegal to try and sue you. These days, it's just dreadful. Don't say I didn't warn you all.

This is A Horrible Place to Finance Through! They do not Value loyal Customers and Do Not Care about you they only want Your Money! Had my vehicle through them 2yrs and was ALWAYS on time for my Payments and when I got Behind 1 Payment due to needing to get the Vehicle repaired they would not work with me! My second payment became due only 6 days prior to me Being able to Pay them the past due which I stayed in contact with them on and they already came and picked up my vehicle! I turned around and Paid them the Very next day including Extra for Repo Fee’s and Now still 2 days in and they have Not released my vehicle to me telling me they had it set for them to sell my vehicle when it was not even a whole 24Hrs. I am Sooo Hurt and Upset behind This I Bust My Butt and Work Hard and I am a Single Mother so It’s Hard and to Be Treated the way this Company has Treated me is So Beyond Me!!

Very great customer service everyone I've had to communicate with has been very nice and helpful. Overall just a great company and I would recommend anyone to use then when purchasing a vehicle

I have had credit issues and am very happy they are able to finance me so I can improve my credit. The interest is high but I know if I just make timely payments I will be able to refinance and lower rate .

My Service Provider was Maria, and she was great! She was polite and gave me just the info I needed. Great job Maria! Give her a raise and a promotion she deserves it!

Easy payment process, great to work with and easier to finance with. Payments are reasonable and are affordable. Customer Support is very helpful.

Modern day Scam. They invest in lemons & work with sellers who are willing to adopt their business strategy just so they all can get rich. If your vehicle has ever been repossessed by the guys at Guardian Services LLC, you can bet United auto credit was responsible for it. Evil all the way around. They mean no good for anyone outside of their “family”.

They have been awesome so far it would be great if my monthly payment would go down a bit. They have been reasonable and understanding if I miss my payment by a day.
